A resident of Nizhny Novgorod was fined for inciting hatred against women. The information was posted on the website of the Nizhny Novgorod District Court on May 21, 2025.
According to investigators, 23-year-old Vladislav S. runs the Men's Enlightenment social media group. A photo was posted there with the caption that women should not be put in leadership positions. The photo shows a man and a woman, with the woman crossed out with red lines.
"If you're the head of a company, never put women in leadership positions! Never give them the slightest power, because it will cause the destruction of the whole order, image and authority that you have been trying to create for so long. Because where there is a woman, there is always destruction!" the young man wrote in the text to the photo.
The court found the offense under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code (incitement to hatred).
Vladislav pleaded guilty, and the court fined him 10,000 rubles.
