Necessarily then, they are the decision makers. The idea that it has "something to do with what's between your legs" - it has something to do with what's between legs and the fact that you have testosterone. You're physically stronger. And by the way, because you have testosterone, it means you're more aggressive, you're more of a risktaker. Those are two things that are important. For a person to be a leader, they need to be able to stand against the crowd, which means you need disagreeableness...a certain amount of competitiveness and aggression that women simply lack."
