I never make my bed because its pointless, knowing that ill never have a girl over in my room and that ill be going back to sleep every night why bother wasting my time making it

It's a good habit to only use your bed for 6 to 8 hours per day and make the bed after you wake up. But that's not easy to do when you're depressed.
