MAKING FRIENDS / PEOPLE TO RENT WITH STRATEGIES

How do you find high value friends if you're ugly and developmentally challenged? How do you find people to live off your parents?

The only way to fix my life is getting really rich. The only way to get that venture capital investment, working in related fields, studying fintech and startups. I also need high value friends: people with high status, wealth and influence or just ambitious and talented.
I'm in early 20s, I have 0 money, no profession, I struggle with most basic stuff like having clean clothes, clean room, washing myself, having a haircut, basic interactions. I have no real friends.

How do you make high value friends? How do you make friends at all? If you have or had success in this as an ugly/devlopmentally challenged male, please share your experience.

If I approach people at my college that are succesful I'll just get laughed at. They are already having capital, partying, some are buisness owner and are attractive.
They won't hang out or chat with me because I'm low status. Do you make friends at social events? Internet dating/meet ups? Dedicated forums? If so, what is best activity to translate them from acquintances to friends?

What I really need is to find some ultra talented rich attractive geniuses and then rent a flat with them together as like 3-5 people and grind the fuck out.

Where do you go with people in real life? I'm bad at sports, I don't drink so bars are somewhat out, I'm ugly so clubs and nightlife is pretty bad.
What do you even do? Asking for advice from the more experienced

I don't go anywhere I stay inside.
I know better than to try and test my luck at bars or any social gatherings.

I've got some pals in the college, but they start to despise me, since i don't have girlfriend. Initially, they thought it's a temporary status, but when time passed - they started to behave differently.
I think it's a matter of time, when another acquaintances will vanish.
