As an outsider incel you really only have one choice on where you can make any friends because the normalfags who actually go outside have literally nothing in common with us so you have to go to the internet which wasn't a bad place to make friends back then until normalfags invaded it and ruined it forever because known most outsider communities have been invaded by the most insane normalfags who will wish death on you and backstab you for having even slightest different political opinions. So maybe you could try making friends outside after getting desperate enough except everybody who is outside is literally glued to their phone 24/7 so you can't even approach them with annoying them because they are literal dopamine addicts, if they aren't on their phone they are in a group and also don't want to be bothered by outsiders but even if you did manage to bother them in a way that didn't annoy them you'd quickly find out that they have absolutely nothing in common with you because they have lived normalfag lives while you have had to live like an outsider whether you liked it or not. You have no relatable experiences to them, your attitudes are different and while you may vaguely share a hobby with them you don't experience it the same way that they do. A good example is "gaming" they play flavor of the month friend slop while you dedicate your autism to playing the same 3 games while occasionally branching out to obscure titles.

Basically you can't make any real friends as an incel only acquaintances who won't care when your gone.
