According to Google, "The US has allocated $182.8 billion in emergency funding to support Ukraine and the region since February 2022." $182.8 divided by $100(the price a hooker may charge for half an hour) is 1.828 billion visits to prostitutes. According to Google, "In the United States, there are approximately 262,083,034 adults (18 years and over), according to the Kids Count Data Center." That means there's 131 million men. Divide 1.828 billion by 131 million is 13.95. That means each man would be able to visit a prostitute 14 times for free if we diverted money from Ukraine to prostitutes. Not all men would visit a prostitute. Perhaps married men can be excluded from this so many incel men can visit much more than 14 times. That's not much but it's better than nothing. At least such a policy would be focused on the sexual welfare of citizens instead of on the welfare of foreigner strangers. We should put Americans, not foreigners, first.
