The name Is United Poles, UP for short.
The population is 100 million, 50 million on each landmass. Our government type is:

Cyberocracy

Rule by a computer, which decides based on computer code.

This computer must be design completely unbiased to the top down.

Our aim is human/technological advancement and societal stability. Women shall be housewives have maximum 2 children and raise them. Men shall work for the state (computer) for a great nation. All men shall have a women age 13 to 19 wife or a sexbot with artificial womb. You must have 2 children that’s a rule!
