Yes, I noticed this quite early after I joined. I had hoped to find like-minded individuals, which is why I joined — so I could chat with people in a similar situation as mine. Unfortunately, as you've pointed out, this forum is a mix of various people. I'm thankful that I found some folks with whom I have a lot in common, but the majority here are people I just can't relate to, such as the aforementioned post-maxxers, shitposters, or edgy guys. Some of these might not truly belong here and perhaps see it as a passing phase in their lives, or they're here just to express things they can't on other platforms.

A lot of what he said are everyday thoughts many guys here think about and criticize, but for some reason, some of them bash Elliot, maybe because he was rich or didn't express it the way they preferred. To some, it might look edgy, immature, or childlike when he was in front of the camera, but as you said, he expressed his ideas in his own way. He made intelligent points, and you can also feel the sentiment from how he talks. At that point, he's in genuine disbelief about what's happening in his life; it's evident in his demeanor. He has the look of someone witnessing events unfold before his eyes, and it clearly doesn't make sense to him. He sees random thugs getting laid left and right, yet there he stands, girlfriendless, after following all the bluepilled advice that was supposed to make him attractive, but it had zero effect. He's done at that point; his teenage years are gone, and his young adult years will be gone in a second, and he can't comprehend why. He might come off as childlike, as if he's crying for attention, and people generally despise displays of vulnerability, but that's the toll of inceldom and loneliness. He simply can't be that confident, stoic hero who brushes off every problem; that's just not the hand life dealt him. It's evident from his writings and videos that over time, he's spiraling deeper into madness; his perspective gets more twisted, which is the same effect prolonged loneliness has on many.
