1.5 kilogram chicken cubed and then 1 packet of tandoori curry powder mix. also frieds onions,garlic,ginger and 1 tablespoon vinegar and 2 table spoon lemon juice.

pretty spicy slightly too much for me, decent salt, overall very good. I ate it with rice and kidney beans to cut spice down to tolerable level
