Yeah theoretically it would, but it could look like absolute shit later if your hairline will recede any further after it.

I’m not norwooding. There is no history of norwooding in either side of my family. I’m NW0, it’s just that my hairline is naturally high.

It's still possible that some minor recession will eventually happen after you get a mature hairline (NW1) like most people do. I was also NW0 when I was 18 and now being 30 I'm NW1. Only a tiny percentage of people keep their premature hairline their whole life. Even if your relatives aren't norwooding it's higly unlikely that they belong to the group of extreme outliers who are still NW0 (compare them to Charles Bronson, the actor not the prisoner, or Ronald Reagan).
