Thinking about doing nofood nogaming nomusic nofap etc for a few days just limiting everything that produces dopamine so that I will feel very nice and euphoric and appreciative of life when I get to enjoy all that stuff again after:feelsaww: Has anyone tried doing this

You will feel euphoric for a day then you will end up overindulging to compensate and eventually go back to old crappy habits and mindset.

Also, why is nofood in there? Just starve yourself theory?

You'd have to do that for months or years in a row for a real effect.

Your brain's probably too addicted to them to quit for more than a few days. Tho it may feel a bit good if you do it after that.
