LSJL stands for lateral synovial joint loading. It's an adult height increasing method that involves loading the epiphysis, or on the ends of the long bones to induce chondrogenesis within the bone. In layman's terms, you clamp the joints and apply pressure to cause cartilage growth.
The new experimental methods of injecting bmp and tgf into the joints cause height growth through similar mechanisms, which is inducing chondrogenesis.
I would post all the scientific background within this post, but I found some explanations on other websites that explain it in far better detail and depth than I can. Here is some important reading material.

To achieve LSJL, you must buy a clamp from a hardware store and apply pressure on the ends of long bones to induce cartilage growth. Clamp each limb for an equal amount of time to cause an equal amount of bone degradation, and an equal amount of growth. I recommend using a quickgrip clamp to distribute the force on both joints during knee loading.

Disclaimer: don't expect to grow a foot tall from this and go from being a turbomanlet to a 6' 5" slayer. So far, it appears you can grow 2 inches with a good routine in a couple years. This, however, is the most promising method to grow as an adult with closed growth plates. If you have a good face but need a couple more inches, or are under 6 foot and need a couple more inches to make it to the magical 6, then LSJL is for you.
You can expect around 2 inches of height gain if you consistently do this for long enough. But if you want faster and more explosive results, use hgh/igf-1 releasing chemicals or chemicals that increase igf-1 expression for cartilage hypertrophy. You will experience growth similar to how a teenager experiences it. You may also use it on the arms of you want to increase wingspan if you want to make your arms more proportional to the length of your legs.
