I am always feeling low energy. I am too exhausted & tired to do anything.

Any cel recovered from such a state ?

summer slows down metabolism

Could be early stage diabetes. Exercise and eat bananas.

Do you do any exercise?

Its normal for incels

I used to be very low energy a few months ago. The only way I recovered was by copemaxxing and basically partially cutting myself off from the real world for a few days.
Don't listen to the others, you're not developing diabetes.

No, i have a gym membership but I barely go.
Too tired to leave my house, and i feel bad paying for something i don't use.

what copes ?

Video games and improving our garden. 2 days ago me and my grandpa dug out a furrow to get a constant stream of water
nice, any picture of the incel forest ?

exercise and very green-veg based diet (cutting out processed shite) really does help with this at the biochemical level.

But, yes, I know. Motivation is a huge hurdle. Especially with the added woes of inceldom to deal with, it can seem like a pointless endeavour.

Still, if you can muster up the motivation from somewhere, then it actually does work. Especially if you can build up momentum and sustain it.

You could start exercising 10 minutes a day and see if you start to feel better, consistency is key.

But it could also be many other things

I'll start doing body weight 10 min in home, if i doesn't motivate me for gym i'll cancel it.
