May not look too bad but trust me it feels like a lot worse.

Alcohol lowers my blood sugar significantly and I feel like shit but can't stop drinking. It blocks my liver from releasing sugar because it's busy processing alcohol

Also I sweat alot when my sugar goes down

I've heard that shit happen

Mine measures with mg/dL. Is it not used much where you live? I get it though, sometimes I feel the symptoms of hypo when it's not that low, sometimes I only start feeling when it's extremely low.
I've had two bad hypos the past few weeks, the other day I took too much insulin without measuring and I measured 49 mg/dL, even after I drank a small bottle of fruit juice it wasn't going up, never had it happen like that before. I have to admit, I almost enjoy the rush. Hypoglycemia releases a lot of adrenaline. I never did it on purpose though.
I have glucose tablets.
I like to munch on food, satiating that extreme hunger symptom feels good... I know it's bad, but I don't have hypos that often either

i usually associate high blood sugar with a headache and low blood sugar with chest pain. i don't have diabetes but sleep apnea has given me very unstable blood sugar. i am also in danger of developing diabetes eventually, obviously, but i am trying to treat the sleep apnea before that happens.
