Imagine if any of us made a comic like this of a man murdering a woman and tearing out her eyes.
It wouldn't matter the context like if she did something horrible preceding it (like trying to rape or murder) they would still call us sadistic and the comic pornographic.
But as long as it's a male getting blinded/killed that's fine, no warning signs here.
