I have been looking for sound isolation but i do not know much about it. I have seen many sites suggest rock wool but i heard that is another name for asbestus which can cause cancer.

There is no solution for this I am afraid, you just live in a shitty part of town. If its also happening while you sleep I suggest ear plugs. They sell them at the pharmacy.

Go to a club and when one of those “lit” songs come on where everyone starts singing/rapping loud in unison with their cringy taunts and dances, just pull the speaker plug. Or go near the DJ booth and sneakily yank the power to the equipment then dash away.

Obviously they’ll just plug it back in and resume the party, but ruining their moment for a second might be fun, and if you’re lucky you can even cause a power short to the equipment.
