How did they fail in curryland? Surely the dollar can't be that bad against the rupee or was it to do with backstabbing?
they are too low IQ and too kind to be landlords. Went easy on tenants, no strict contracts etc.
Too meek and kind it's no surprise they were taken advantage of and lost their money. That could've been their retirement and then some.
