Ina previous post I said I work in Corporate and 79% women, anyway we had a diversity poll a few months back, at work we have "flexible work arrangements", so u can work at home, come in early, go home early, etc. However only women have been able to use this, e.g. they come in late at 10 am dropping their kids at work, leaving at 3 to pick up their kids, while us guys are forced to work long hrs and on weekends, and for less pay. We are not allowed the flexible work arrangements. Because of this almost half the men complained, including me that we are not allowed flexible work arrangements, and in response HR and our bosses who just so happen to be women, made us redo the poll and lie, basically they threatened it could hurt your contract renewal or any bonuses will not be paid out.

Following advice on this forum we decided to take the issue to the tribunal, they ruled in favor of the company saying that yes it may be viewed as an injustice, but stated "women are different from men and require more flexible working arrangements due to child caring and other reasons", they also said that it may be "allowed to correct historic injustices", whatever that means. Anyway the entire legal system is against us, no point or hope anymore.

Where do you live op?

This is why I dropped out of the workforce, I can't stand the corporations anymore. HR is there to serve women, and force men out of the workplace. Unless you can work for family, you're pretty much fucked these days, as a man.

Unfortunately your boss is a woman so they think that their emotions, holes and "sisterhood" are correct.

Please tell me this is a LARP.

OP, its not ovER till you CHOose it to be.
Remember that.

sabotage the fuck out of that place and do it in an untraceable way

No its not really illegal in the United States, I mean you already have special pathways for minorities and women in STEM, etc. Women specific policies so its not suprising. Its a tribunal decision and its binding, you can go to the courts but if we lose we pay the costs, its not worth it.

What the fuck kind of "historic injustice"? You should've told them that this incident is a present-day injustice.
What kind of corporation is this/what field do you work in?
Find a new job, quit this one, and go file a complaint of discrimination with the EEOC or your state fair employment agency.
