Im 5’11 and weigh 260. What do you guys think the ideal weight I should go for?
 
260 obese for 5'11 unless you are crazy ripped. I am at the same height and going for 65-70 atm. Already feel fat at 76.

I'm about the same height and weight. Was a muscleboi in the past and now I am a fatassboi.

I would say be happy at around 200lbs. 180lbs is great if you have muscle. If you have no muscle then you should be like 160-170.
 
I'm 5'8 and fluctuate between 145 to 155lbs. I'd say a good weight at your height would be about 160
 
The best method to lose waight is starting a diet along with gym, you have to sweat your ass to loose weight, there is no easy way out. I takes time you will hate it but you will get results. Diet then Cardio then WeightLifting and you will be good.

Start intermitten fasting, read up on it how it works.
Learn to go on longer and longer periods with ZERO calories, only water, apple cider vinegar, and black coffee.
Your goal is to keep a 20 hours fast EVERY day, and only eat in the other 4 hours.
Will be fuking hard bust you will get uesd to it.
Eat low calorie foods that will fill you well, oatmeal and vegetables.
NEVER drink anything with sugar in it.
Go to the gym and lift, learn proper form increase the weight and build some muscle.
More muscle, more calories burned by being alive, more fat lost.
