I am serious man. I have had to call in sick. Almost six weeks now because one disc in my neck is damaged and pushes against my nerve which paralyzed my arm.

No, nothing is alright. Two discs in my neck were under a lot of pressure. One has either collapsed or bulged.
Either way, it was pressing against the nerve.

But I have done good research and already figured out a way to treat it properly and it woeks.

The numbness is going away and the strength is slowly coming back.
My discs will heal and eventually the nerve will recover.
This is my second week now, treating myself.
