This same logic can be applied to other people as well - it's a stereotype. Take black people for example, we can actively avoiding them and cross onto the other side of the road as a result of their groups higher chance of committing an action.
I don't think Loon realises this, we can almost guarantee if someone asked him this question about blacks, he would have had a very different answer.
