It's really a matter of diminishing returns after a certain point. 6'2" is probably on the low end of the so-called ideal range, but you're not going to reap many benefits from getting even taller. The risks definitely outweigh the rewards. He should focus on a canthoplasty, alarplasty, and lip lift to shrink his philtrum.
