Those are pretty nutritious, but to lose weight quick you have to reduce or eliminate all cheese and dairy. Eating seeds, nuts, beans and tofu are good lean sources for healthy protein than chicken and dairy. Fish is the healthiest meat. Try to cut out bread and replace it with corn tortillas or rice, but if you need bread try to get whole wheat.
