to be honest like every other. I also don’t cum like a machine gun it’s small.

calories don't matter as long as you're eating healthy food. Get organic and preservative free when you can.

Thanks I am switching to more baked/grilled chicken/rice. Eating more fresh fruits greek yogurt etc instead of microwave lunches and dinners.
 
Also really cutting back on alcohol consumption.

Those are pretty nutritious, but to lose weight quick you have to reduce or eliminate all cheese and dairy. Eating seeds, nuts, beans and tofu are good lean sources for healthy protein than chicken and dairy. Fish is the healthiest meat. Try to cut out bread and replace it with corn tortillas or rice, but if you need bread try to get whole wheat. And try not to eat anything with added suger, fruit is ok because it's naturally sweet.
