Looks are everything

I looked in the mirror today. I look like a retatded/mentally ill person. Everytime when there was hope inside me, everytime when I felt uplifted inside simple glance in the mirror destroyed it all. They say looks aren't everything. FUCKING LIARS. Even if you have universe level IQ what's the point to live if you will never experience intimacy, you will never experience real joy in life?

They basically are. I'm honestly not sure there's anything that a model looking person could do that would make literally everyone not want to be around them, and even if they could, they could just go find new people who don't know the type of person they are, and because they are attractive, they would be able to make friends, etc, easily.
