The obsession with youth = fertility is a known bias from long ago, but thinness has only become a bias in our culture within the past ~100 years or so.

It's not just about the standard or media-forward concepts of looks, either. The thing about mature women is that they have a lot of inferred appeal. What I mean by this is that they present a mix of lack of necessary dedication (you don't need to wife them, they just want to get laid by a younger man for self-benefit), they may be past birthing age (no responsibility for potential accidental pregnancy), they are "experienced" (the narrative goes that they will "show you the time of your life" because they have been fucking for longer), they want you more than you want them (a tangent angle of Juggernaut Theory), of course Juggernaut Theory itself (they should in theory be less desirable, which makes them more desirable for sub-Chad men, because they are tricked by evolutionary psychology into thinking they have a greater chance with these women), a bit of taboo and fetish (knowing that you are going against cultural norms adds "spice" to the equation), and perhaps most importantly they tend to have more developed secondary sexual dimorphism (fatter tits, bigger ass) because of their fat%, which in turn is supported by clothes such as bras which make even saggy huge breasts look more fertile.
