The mental abuse I've seen men take from their "loved" ones is always the fucking worst. I believe women are innately very abusive towards their partners, men are not. I have a friend who is married, from the church. He was a virgin and married an older woman who had come out of an abusive relationship. He went through a big trauma and then dedicated himself to God.
