Bro, I work for a company where many co-workers are related to my boss and I have found out their salaries.
A dude from the office has leaked the information to us because he was fed up with the company and tired of the huge difference in pay.
Even the one relative that earns the least of the three, still earns more than one of our best colleagues, who is actually well trained, experienced and not just good at his job, but a jack of all trades.
Yet this bitch still earns roughly 1000€ more than him, every month and he had to do overtime to get roughly 4000€ a month.
She also does not nearly have the competency that he has. She does menial labor, easy to learn and easy to master and she is not even efficient at that.
Even I am more competent than her and I have the second lowest pay.
She gets twice as much as I do, ffs. Her brother gets 2000€ more than her each month and that one snitching, ass kissing non-family member male cunt gets the same as her.
After learning about this, do you think anyone of us wants to work hard anymore?!
Hell fucking no. A close co-worker of mine has had enough and will leave. I too am planing to leave eventually.
This is why they've been pushing us young guys and the other non family members so hard, so they could pay out these high salaries to themselves... .
