Women's power in the sexual marketplace is not only driving us into extinction by denying us the chance to reproduce, it is also physically harming and killing us.

From: https://journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/journal.pmed.1000316

Results
Across 148 studies (308,849 participants), the random effects weighted average effect size was OR = 1.50 (95% CI 1.42 to 1.59), indicating a 50% increased likelihood of survival for participants with stronger social relationships. This finding remained consistent across age, sex, initial health status, cause of death, and follow-up period. Significant differences were found across the type of social measurement evaluated (p<0.001); the association was strongest for complex measures of social integration (OR = 1.91; 95% CI 1.63 to 2.23) and lowest for binary indicators of residential status (living alone versus with others) (OR = 1.19; 95% CI 0.99 to 1.44).

Conclusions
The influence of social relationships on risk for mortality is comparable with well-established risk factors for mortality.

Discussion
Cumulative empirical evidence across 148 independent studies indicates that individuals' experiences within social relationships significantly predict mortality. The overall effect size corresponds with a 50% increase in odds of survival as a function of social relationships. Multidimensional assessments of social integration yielded an even stronger association: a 91% increase in odds of survival. Thus, the magnitude of these findings may be considered quite large, rivaling that of well-established risk factors. Results also remained consistent across a number of factors, including age, sex, initial health status, follow-up period, and cause of death, suggesting that the association between social relationships and mortality may be generalized.

Doesnt shock me. Humans are social creatures.

damn im a heavy "smoker"

Oh well... that is our society

Good, that means I have a higher chance of not even making it the next 20 years. This gives me comfort tbh.

Fear not, the jew/woman controlled healthcare system will march in to save all of these middle aged and old cucks, even as you wage slave and pay higher prices and are eventually bankrupted and homeless in middle age yourself (but you won't get the healthcare, as all resources will be gone and the currency hyperinflated by then).

You will be then be shot by tyrone so he can steal your last remaining possessions, which will be an old pair of shoes, a worn out coat, and a few beer cans. He will then run from the police so he can spend a night banging laquesha, or stacy if he's lucky. The police will finally catch up with him and ventilate him, or take him to prison for life, so that the children of present day chads and stacys can pay for his shelter, food, and healthcare forever, while you were left to die on the street.

This will be the final conclusion to your sexless, childless existence. And the universe will go on and on.

Cheers!

Meditation is extremely beneficial, even westernized one. Meditation is actually the thing that prevented me not only from roping, but eased my suffering. I highly recommend it. Especially to neets who have all the fucking time of the world, as it helped me to be more productive(not working more, but getting more shit done in less time). Before that I tried therapy for few years and even jewpills, and nothing helped me

Same can be said for coptic desert monks.

In the end religion is the answer. Pretty much any mental illness can be treated with religion
