Why do I say this? Well, I've realised a striking similarity in the way each of them write. Both of them have used the phrase "15 minutes of fame". While it's a somewhat common phrase, I haven't heard that many ITards use it. Given his other eccentricities, I'm pretty sure Noonado1987 is the Screenshot Meatrider.

My main piece of evidence comes from his infamous 764 schizopost, where he used the phrase in question. A screenshot is provided for convenience as the original thread has been deleted.
