Lose weight, this is an universall advice usually. Lose weight until you can see your abs without working out.

You have a round and high hairline. Use some hairstyle that conceals it. If you are balding and have a decent frame, shave it.

Do your brows so they appear more straight. Take better care of the skin so it doesnt look irregular.


I dunno about your forward growth, but if you are willing to go the surgery route, do something about jaw width.
