I think it'd be nice to have a big sis, someone I could talk to that was female. Could have been less high inhib around girls or in general. I actually had one, but she died when I was young.

Both are equally good. Big sisters (in theory) are nice for always being there for you and putting you first, and caring for you as their younger brother. Someone you can go hug and know that she'll hug you back with love for you in her heart. Someone you can go to when you feel overwhelmed with the world and life in general, and want guidance or advice.
Little sisters (in theory) are there for you to annoy as they annoy you back, but for you to still love and look out for as they go through their life. For you to pamper and be the cooler older brother that she shows off to her friends at school.

I added '(in theory)' for a reason. In reality, both just turn into sluts starting from age 14 or so, and cease to care about you in any capacity other than familiarity with your existence. They now care for only Chad and disregard you as their brother and you will be a 'brotherly cuckold' because while you will care for her, she never be thinking of you as she is getting dicked down by Chad and moaning his name.
Real sisters are horrible, and one is better off without them.

In anime, I would pefer a big sister. I have always wanted a nice big sister. I don’t really see the appeal of brat little sisters other then a tight hole appeal.

I don't think there is any difference, personally. Big or little, starting from age 14 they're going to act the exact same, because AWALT. Big might be slightly worse due to the fact there will be a period in your life where she brings home Chad and he fucks her in the room while you're in the house, but that eventually ends when they get old enough to simply hang over at Chad's place and do it there instead.
