I was on the subway the other day, coming back from uni. There was this family with multiple kids that were playing on the subway causing chaos. One of the kids was a little girl. She was enthusiastically trying to make eye contact with people who were sitting there while smiling and waving her hand at them. They didn't pay any attention. Then she looked at the guy next to me and then to me, and we both looked at her and waved back and smiled back. Then the other guy left and she tried it with me again.

This is not supposed to be much but man it really lightened me up. I was really tired that day.

Kids are very pure. Sometimes they look at me and I do some facial expressions. You can really see joy in their eyes when they laugh, it really is nice to see, especially when you're in a bad mental state. Brightens your day up.

Ye, kids are often times annoying as shit. At a certain age they can genuinely just be some fucking retarded shitheads who only ruin shit. That's why parental influence is extremely important, kids pick up what happens around their environment, and then act on it. Just too bad how many parents are simply retarded as fuck and often times malicious.
