Long torso and short legs is a huge advantage in powerlifting, even for men who fall in the normal height range. Another advantage would be having short femurs and a long tibias. Powerlifting, like all other sports, is a testament to the importance of quality genes above all else—including “work ethic”. By admitting he had an advantage, the logic can be stretched to assume that every successful athlete has a genetic advantage over his opponents. This I why I hate sports: It’s nothing but chad-worship.
