Acknowledging that we are social animals and need to have constant social validation and find a partner to mate with in order to life a fulfilled life isn't putting something on a podestal. We aren't that different from other mammals where only few, selected male get to reproduce and hord all the females and where social status is very important as well. You can of course try to delude yourself and tell yourself that you don't need all these things but at the end of the day you can't fool your own biology.

I can't hold eye contact, I sweat extremely when among people, my hands are shaky and iam clumsy and slow, i feel extreme stress raging inside my body nearly 24/7, I can't stand loud sounds especially human noises, i talk quietly and monotone, I often weird stuff like rocking my chair or drawing lines with my fingers. Tried therapy, pills, mental hospital nothing really improved it in a meaningful way

True, I can also relate. Never been to a single party after HS, and even those I only managed to go cause I sneaked in and was never ever invited. Sometimes I stalk people in IG who I used to know from school and let me tell you, even the lowest value males over there lifemog the shit out of me just due to the fact that they have a huge social circle and often get invited to parties as shown in their stories. They are happy with their lives and they want people to know it, hence why they use social media to put their photos all over the place.
