I stopped listening to any music with voices in it,only listen to game soundtracks/nature sounds now (blizzard,rain,birds,etc) it's way better and more soothing for my mind.

Grant theft auto: vice city introduced me to 80s music and on occasion I'll listen to some if I'm in the mode.
