Currently cannabis is the closest thing to a safeish long term tool in filling the void. Alcohol and 7OH were even better at doing that but come with severe adverse health effects and reliance.

Honestly, hospital grade morphine made me feel like I was laying in my mother's arm, with tha warm feeling in my tummy. I felt loved and felt like hugging the whole world.

It's definitely an evil drug.

It would cause some waviness effects to sound but the main audio effect was really strong tinnitus it was kind of nice strangely enough though. Other than that it would make me feel very woozy and euphoric for like 20 seconds to a minute.
