In Hitman, the bodies stay so you can walk to the exit with corpses laying everywhere

Thank you. I enjoy games like Outer Worlds where you execute innocent civilians, they cower in fear praying you won't kill them, then I brutally electrocute them or turn them into plasma.

Cutting them up to force feed other freshies is the best.
They get sick and it is a long struggle until they eventually die.
You could always try Postal and Hatred. Not RPGs though.
