I think you are slightly misunderstanding. In this case this is exactly what normies do. Those comments are representative of being blackpilled. A bluepilled comment “his personality sucks so much that I hate him blah blah blh”

instead the blackpilled comment recognizes that looks are extremely important so insulting them is a REAL insult, because every variation of insulting someone is basically saying “ur a fucking loser with a shit life”. Being blackpilled means you recognize calling some frat boy chad a “douchebag asshole” is not a good insult because it does not mean anything negative about his life. However calling a man ugly is a blackpilled/high IQ insult because it means his life is shit.

They would call him ugly and say his face is disgusting because IRL people know that is what determines your quality of life, not whether you have bad morals
