Light second class got rhyno, genio and oto

I'm a light second class and I had either slightly protruding ears ( not much, never bullied and nobody ever told me anything about it) a big nose with a bump and deviated and a second class ( light, as even professor Raffaini suggested me not to do anything). Today I underwent the three procedures mentioned above: rhyno, otoplasty and genioplasty ( not orthognatic surgery) . How much do you think I could improve? I'd be happy with even half grade
