TL,DR: I developed big pimple-boils on the front of my neck that would not go away. Sliced them open and turned them to normal wounds that healed normally. Would recommend.
--------

I have had trouble with my skin for as long as I can remember. Ever since the start of puberty my face has become a warzone. Over the years my mother dragged me to several dermatologists but all they could do was to give me some salves and tell me that it will be over at the end of puberty (lol).

In school I was one of most affected. Only one person I saw there had more severe acne than me. All my classmates always had seemingly perfect skin. When I was about 20 years old my mother angrily told me that I was “too old for pimples”. That really stung because I had no idea what I could do about it.

The acne cleared somewhat when I was about 23. By then I had plenty of experience with the quick removal and concealment of pimples. It turned out that some of the salves, when applied the correct way, could be used to change the color and texture of the inflamed area and thereby making it less obvious (like Fake-up, but less gay).

Another interesting phenomenon was that sometimes it was possible to “bleed out” a pimple when it just started to develop. This was achieved by stabbing the would-be pimple with a needle and then squeezing out as much blood as possible (there was no puss at that stage of impel-development). When I was lucky, the would-be pimple would then transform into a normal wound and heal relatively quickly. The wound could also be concealed much easier with the method mentioned above.

I thought that now I had finally reached a point in which acne was no longer a big problem for me. The acne came and went in waves now. There was entire weeks in which I looked relatively passable. My skin is not prone to scars so I looked normal.

Then, at the age of about 25 to 27, god decided to take another huge shit on me. I started to develop inflamed boils on the front of my neck, slightly below the height where the beards starts to grow. At first there where two.

I decided to wait and conceal them until they were ripe to be squeezed. But that never happened. For two weeks they were just there, unchanging. I tried then to bleed them out but that did not help either. The dermatologist said they were just ingrown bear-hair, but I have trouble believing that because they were below the area where the beard starts to grow. She (yes yes, I know) also had no explanation on why they suddenly start to develop, so long after the end of puberty.

So I did what every sane person would do: I took a razor blade and sliced them open. The cuts where about 2 centimeters long and 2-3 millimeters deep. When I was unsure if I had hit the core of the pimple, I sliced again. I then squeezed as much blood out as I could, resulting in a lot of red toilet paper.

The result was two unsightly wounds (like extremely nasty shaving cuts) which I had to dress with a combination of toilet paper and duct tape until the stopped to bleed. However, I achieved the desired result: The wounds closed and healed normally. Two weeks after the slicing, only thin scars remained that can only be found if you actively look for them.

Over the coming years I would develop about 20 to 30 similar pimples which I all treated with the same hospitality. They have now stopped to occur for over a year, but they could come back anytime…but I am prepared.

So what fucked up shit did you do in order to looksmax? Let me Know.

Sounds dangerous but at least it worked out for you I guess. I just would’ve popped em if I were you

Just cut your whole face off theory.

I had those shitty pimples where the pus was almost solidified into a cyst. I managed to cut the surface and squeeze them out but it took a lot of prep and pain endurance.

Whoever says you should leave then alone and they will go away automatically is a dumb fuck who doesn't know what they're talking about. They're caused by oil and other stuff getting trapped under your skin for too long. Yeah I'm sure they're going to go away naturally.

Anyway the trick is to use alcohol, a clean blade and stuff to clean and cover the cut after you're done. I recommend to watch those popping videos to see how generally it's done.

The aim is to just break the seal so the cyst is exposed so you can squeeze the stuff out. Not freakin performing surgery on your skin. The target is to perform minimum incisions with most return (if you get that cyst sack out in one go you scored a perfect result). That way your cut can recover fast and won't risk being infected. Also you have much less risk of scarring.

I recommend prepping very well for it beforehand. But once your able to do it, all those shitty solidified cysts near your skin aren't nightmares anymore. However I recommend you don't do the ones that are very DEEP. Those need a specialist coz it's too deep to perform just a shallow cut.

Do youself a favor and use a cannula instead and maybe a wire noose. Much safer, that's how the doctors do it.

Also always disinfect the tool and skin before and afterwards.

Just cut your whole face off theory.
I want to do this, is this a legit method where you just cut your oily skin and skin grows back that isn’t oily?

Washing it less (no joke) and using mild tensides helped me. Some skin goes into oil overdrive when washed to often.

But It hink you already said half a year ago, that you tried everything.

Shit genetics come in a package.

I should have mentioned that I used disinfectant in every step of the described procedures.

However the pimples on my neck were highly unusual. They were just red swollen painful knots that never seemed to develop any whitehead or any obvious pus deposit that I could puncture.

They where also very deep under my thick neck-skin.

When I sliced them only a few of them actually contained some pus.

My Theory was that I could somehow “drain” the infected area by pushing out all the blood....

Its not crazy, the first step in dealing with any wound is to drain it. Boils are lanced, packed with gauze to suck up as much puss and moisture as possible so the wound can begin to heal. Its then stitched shut when its been disinfected and healing occurs rapidly from that point.

I've had acne cysts that have persisted for weeks, really deep ones. IF I could get to the core and drain them properly, they had flattened almost completely in 24 hours and had almost healed entirely by 72 hours. The key being IF, its quite hard to actually puncture the precise point you need to, even on a big pimple. They can move around in your skin as well since your skin flexes and moves, making things harder.

Acne isn't supposed to exist. If you have it that means you are a biological failure whos skin can't even handle it's own excrement. Watch dr pimple popper. There are people that have left there pimples alone for years and they never went away on there own, so they had to come to her to get it removed. Leave it alone is cope.

Have you tried taking apple cider vinegar to stop acne

If you are still getting acne atleast its a sign that you still have testosterone, when its gone you'll trade soulessness of low T for some acne.

Just cut woth razorzs near your own throat Theory

I have a stye under my right eyelid at the moment. It is a little uncomfortable and makes my eye area look worse. I jad one in the other eye a few months ago that went away (or maybe I just got used to it) and I am hoping the new one does the same.

I could get some ointment and antibiotics from the pharmacy that the doctor prescribed, but I dont want to go outside again or expose myself to those drugs if I dont have to.

That's fucked and guaranteed to fuck U up for life.
