TL,DR: I developed big pimple-boils on the front of my neck that would not go away. Sliced them open and turned them to normal wounds that healed normally. Would recommend.
--------
I have had trouble with my skin for as long as I can remember. Ever since the start of puberty my face has become a warzone. Over the years my mother dragged me to several dermatologists but all they could do was to give me some salves and tell me that it will be over at the end of puberty (lol).
In school I was one of most affected. Only one person I saw there had more severe acne than me. All my classmates always had seemingly perfect skin. When I was about 20 years old my mother angrily told me that I was “too old for pimples”. That really stung because I had no idea what I could do about it.
The acne cleared somewhat when I was about 23. By then I had plenty of experience with the quick removal and concealment of pimples. It turned out that some of the salves, when applied the correct way, could be used to change the color and texture of the inflamed area and thereby making it less obvious (like Fake-up, but less gay).
Another interesting phenomenon was that sometimes it was possible to “bleed out” a pimple when it just started to develop. This was achieved by stabbing the would-be pimple with a needle and then squeezing out as much blood as possible (there was no puss at that stage of impel-development). When I was lucky, the would-be pimple would then transform into a normal wound and heal relatively quickly. The wound could also be concealed much easier with the method mentioned above.
I thought that now I had finally reached a point in which acne was no longer a big problem for me. The acne came and went in waves now. There was entire weeks in which I looked relatively passable. My skin is not prone to scars so I looked normal.
Then, at the age of about 25 to 27, god decided to take another huge shit on me. I started to develop inflamed boils on the front of my neck, slightly below the height where the beards starts to grow. At first there where two.
I decided to wait and conceal them until they were ripe to be squeezed. But that never happened. For two weeks they were just there, unchanging. I tried then to bleed them out but that did not help either. The dermatologist said they were just ingrown bear-hair, but I have trouble believing that because they were below the area where the beard starts to grow. She (yes yes, I know) also had no explanation on why they suddenly start to develop, so long after the end of puberty.
So I did what every sane person would do: I took a razor blade and sliced them open. The cuts where about 2 centimeters long and 2-3 millimeters deep. When I was unsure if I had hit the core of the pimple, I sliced again. I then squeezed as much blood out as I could, resulting in a lot of red toilet paper.
The result was two unsightly wounds (like extremely nasty shaving cuts) which I had to dress with a combination of toilet paper and duct tape until the stopped to bleed. However, I achieved the desired result: The wounds closed and healed normally. Two weeks after the slicing, only thin scars remained that can only be found if you actively look for them.
Over the coming years I would develop about 20 to 30 similar pimples which I all treated with the same hospitality. They have now stopped to occur for over a year, but they could come back anytime…but I am prepared.
So what fucked up shit did you do in order to looksmax? Let me Know.
