Yes, you can't do shit about your mental well being when the cause of the mental pain is "real and not changeable".
That's why I think people who can get helped by psychiatrists are normies/foids : these 2 don't have real problems, more a bad way of interpreting reality.

5s and 6s may not be attractive for 50-80% of women or whatever but they are not even "ugly"... so they still wouldn't be actual truecel

The problem is that it's relative. If all sub5 men became 5+/10 it wouldn't take long before they would be considered disgusting again.
