Yep pretty much what I was going to reply. You pass on your pre-surgery face and height when you reproduce. You would then have to get surgery for all your kids so they aren't subhuman. That is if you have enough money for it. I am no expert but I heard surgeries like LL can cost $50K or more.

This got me thinking about something that may warrant a separate discussion thread on its own (feel free to steal idea, im too lazy to post a thread rn). Aren't we entering a cucked slippery slope situation with gene editing? Your children might as well have been conceived from another man's sperm. For example, let's say you gene edit your son to be a 6'8" sharp jaw perfect hair high T giga mogger. He will look nothing like you. He will not share your natural phenotype. Even if you surgerymaxx, there is a limit to how much surgery can do for you. *insert you will never be a real woman Chad copy pasta* At that point why not find a Chad sperm donor of your same race and raise his children?
