You are born, you live a while, then you die. Then (probably) nothing.

The time in which you live you fill with any of the following: work, sleep, eating, socializing, sex, copes of various kinds (especially if you can't get the sex).

I don't see the point in life. I don't see the point in fretting about it. I don't see the point in fretting about inceldom. It will be over soon anyway, either by "natural" processes (old age, disease, famine) or one's own hand (rope).

But maybe this perspective of life being over soon is a function of aging idk. I'm 37 now. Another 37-year stretch of the same kind of life seems doable. After that I'm done or close to it.

If you become a wizard at thirty, what happens if you're still a virgin at 40?:feelsmage:

Then the twenty-seventh gate finally opens. :feelskek:

how about growth of consciousness, wisdom, etc

I'd reckon that among the copes tbh. Your consciousness, in the absence of convincing evidence to the contrary, ends with death anyway.

I think what they call ,meaning' is an expression of fear, and, desire. the mind constantly generates metanarratives (i.e people in their perspective see themselves as the protagonist, or think that something is being plotted against them), but fear, and, desire heightens value subject importance (i.e fear of death, desire for love).

High IQ, as usual from you.

Here is my conception of it. And I don't know for sure, just what I am leaning towards, say 70/30. You get to select some things when rolling like gender, location, maybe same family line or you can go pure random.

You then are playing the character you rolled. It is open world/sandbox MMORPG so there is no rules about a certain game story arc that you have to play by. But your spirit also could work on certain things, because things player character do are shaping the game world.

Then your character eventually gets sick and dies. And its time to roll a new character or quit playing this game and your spirit do something else.

But what was the point. Imo the two main points are the experiences of each life and shaping the game world. The player can have any type of achievements or quests they want, they define it. The point is entertainment for the player characters.

The problem with any religion where you either are gone forever or are in this world only once, is there doesn't seem to be a point on working towards anything. The normies and foids just try to consoom as hard as they can, travel as hard as they can, and mog other people until they are dead.

From this way of viewing the world a normie might try to be unethical if it means making more money so he can consoom harder. Because he has the philosophy he is going to be gone forever soon anyway.

Ya think you are right. The problem if we knew 100% we could keep living lives or go into other worlds is we wouldn't 'feel' the importance. So it wouldn't be that intense the experiences.

It is also the first time doing things, versus the 1,000th time. It takes making it so you have no memory of prior experiences.

Something I came to see is ok I fully admit it might be that this is the one real world and we are just wiped out after death. I am saying 30% chance on that. But to design a world with repeatable playability and intense in-game experiences it seems we would also have to design the world as it is. Like everything about the world it is designed that way.
