Life is so overwhelming

There's so many things you can do and decisions you can make and it feels like no matter what you do you'll always have regrets, wondering if going down a different path could have changed anything. It's hard to know what's actually worth investing your time in or not and it often leads me to doing nothing instead.

I sometimes wish I could go back & make better choices which would have me ahead in other ways, but then I also tell myself that I would have other regrets, have made other mistakes, etc. other those circumstances

this is where the blackpill will come to collect, since this is when you realize that no matter what choices you make, you are still limited by the ceiling which you were born with as a result of genes.

You basically nailed it, as in this is why people procrastinate: Simply, we just are overwhelmed by the amount of thoughts which plague us

The best thing to do hence forth is try & apply the blackpill to see what will make the best choices; i'm also trying to find new ways to cope
