Think about it chad isn't enjoying his life when he graduates highschool but when he is in the "process" of doing it banging a girl every night.
His first lay isn't as fun for him as the momentum of getting "laid" constantly.
A warrior isn't enjoying his career when the war is won really, but when he living the manly lifestyle of fighting and fighting hard, but consistently winning.
Winning in life comes from having the foundations set (looks, money, status) for the process of domination. And not anything else.
Much like when a false cause is had. Take muhammad. His goal was to spread Allah to the world, but he knew he couldn't do it irl in his lifetime. didn't matter. If he had enough people believing he was the one to lead them to the future, then he could have the winner life momentum of high money/ status to procure his safety.
Much like every other world leader who uses their power position's task as an excuse just to keep going forward and enjoying their life.
The burden of being attentive to detail and self critical gets numbed after a while. But it keeps you on top of winning momentum. Life's peak is not about always winning, but constantly performing well and showing prowess. Take the good with the bad.
