Don't understand your phrase. Plz elab.
You can feel serenity, which is like a calm in the storm moment, but not outright happiness.
Happiness is so much joy you begin to slide away from the burdens of focus/ and self togetherness.
Serenity means there's a feeling of a sort of focused bliss. Where you are breathing in/ having all of the moment rihgt here. But it's not a hysteria like happiness. It's a quiet, intaking feeling.
But it needs to be meticulous.
Hatred brings stress. It may keep you in the omment but it often collapses you into a lot of stress slumps that stop mobility.
Thing is, things need to be ideal enough for our standards so we can be angry with what we are angry at, and maintain balance with enough positivity on our minds to be serene.
You need to be serene, but meticulous. Because whatever conditions we think we found in our serenity amidst hateful rage can always change. So we need to find the meticulous balance of mental stability between rotating between serenity, and incidentally uneased management of everything you want to improve.
Essentially, and this part should have come first, being angry/ hateful is safer than being full on happy or positive in a world full of threats and discrimination. Often most peopel hate themselves at some point where we can't look at how we are/ where we are in distinguishment to our surroundings without feeling unhappy. So the angry turn those insecurities into hatred/ anger/ perfectionism/ paranoia/ preventionism to gain a way to find the serenity amidst their negativity.
Honestly doing that, along with intellectualizing yourself/ your information into data is better than being zen/ letting go.
Because it has you settle for less.
Being hateful/ angry keeps your standards, and intellectualization reduces the stress and helps impose a portable source for serenity. So then eventually you can modify yourself properly to feel the proper way to proceed without feeling too much stress from being angry.
Stressful anger slumps you into the incredible hulk style anger.
Bane is a mix of berserker and composed anger. As is magneto, but magneto would be more composed.
But methodical/ reasoned anger will firmament you away from acting out in insecurity/ irritation to be more like a bane/ magneto.
