Poorly. 480 almost stands up to the 1060, and the 580 edges that out now that drivers are more stable. The advantage of AMD for mid range is freesync though, since gsync monitors are crazy expensive. Once you try it, there's no going back. I never realized just how much i hated vsync until i was finally free of it.
