Libertarianism much like the fable and flawed halcyon communism, is a great concept, except one major problem, HUMAN BEINGS, THERE WILL NEVER BE A POINT IN HISTORY where humans do not try and exploit a weakness inwhatever system for their own personal gain or agenda, it is super super low IQ to build a system without this premise built into it and many many mechanisms to rigidly defend and stop this occuring. It is akin to building the Titanic with a hole the size of THE ICEBERG built into the hull then setting sail, it aint ever getting to New York boyos, it is like the conceepption of STBlackopscel, it was over even before his French ass was ever concieved, it is essentially an EGO massaging exercise but over decades of wasted time.

Thus we come to the data where Libtards advocate muh rights muh vagina muh freedom, the problem becomes starkly apparent, the COST OF THE FREEDOM is wayyyyyyy tooo high, if you become "freed" so do other non state entities guess who they are ohhh thats right the devil incarnate THE FUCKING CORPORATIONS, YOU GAIN MUH FREEDOM THEY GAIN MUH FREEDOM, in law coporations are classed as individuals, just like a person. So buuuuuuuuhhhhdyyyy boyos muh freedom gives them muuuuhhhh freedom, problem is they exploit the shit out of any and every loophole in Law, Tax, Constitution, etc etc etc etc etc, and push and leverage all their GROWING WEIGHT AND POWER to increase and increase their " muh freedoms from the oppressive state".

Now ill let the data finish you off

CORPORATION AND INCOME TAX DATA:

sources:
https://www.taxpolicycenter.org/topic/individual-taxe

best overall source us tax data

INVERSION OF CORPORATION AND INCOME TAX:
TREND:

Over the last 100 years we can see that corporation tax has steeply declined over time, where linearly income tax on employees eg earners under 70k is increasing, essentially corporations are using their considerable muscle Lobbying and in Law to enshrine into law and the courts a favourable position with regards to tax especially Corporation tax at the expense of the income tax payers eg all employees of corporations and state.

Corporation tax decline over time since 1920:
data

https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/corporate-tax-rate
extrapolating data analysis:
starts at a low point of corporation tax at around 20%, in the 1920’s then ascends to 50% up until 1970, then steeply declines until present day of 20% rate.
shows since 1970 corporation tax has fallen by 30 points(%), from areound 50% to 20% this is a huge decline in % terms of around 60% over the last 50 years.

Income tax increase over time since 1920 to present at median income:
data:

View: https://www.scribd.com/doc/190499803/Fed-U-S-Federal-Individual-Income-Tax-Rates-History-1862-2013#fullscreen&from_embed

extrapolating data analysis:
1920s starts at around 15% personal income tax at the median income level, eveolves to 1970s to reach around %, then stays stable over the next 50 years at around % to reach its current 37%

conclusion:
median income families taxes have marginally increased over time, whereas companies are and have since 1970 enjoyed almost linear declines in corporation tax.
The question has to be posed why and how is this occuring and also worsening over time.
One explanation could be the power dynamic between state and companies has inverted so companies political and economic has grown over time, thus their leverage over time has grown and is correlated to the decline in corporation tax which they directly benefit from.

People advocate for a smaller state, a smaller state is a weaker state, thus companies will increasingly “get their own way” in the political and economic sense, which evil do you back a government which is semi accountable to “the people”, restrained by a constitution to some regard. Or a valueless corporation who’s main driver is economics bereft of any morality as shown by the big corps track record, Facebook Cambridge analytica scandal, google tax dodges (ireland), etc etc etc etc.

So if not libertarianism what is the ideal political system according to you that guards against these exploits by corporations and rich people while allowing for a decent chance of prosperity and good living standards?

It is definitely a failure of libertarians to completely disregard the outsize influence corporations are playing in place of governments these days.

you have asked the right question: Anybody that criticizes a particular system has to have a good replacement for said system

However in certain circumstances where the question is almost impossible to answer and has not been achieved by the greatest minds across thousands of years of political economic, philosophical endeavor, may this be one instance when you can criticize without an oven baked "system" to replace it with to hand.

My contention is with the blind mayyy vagina , snowflake have our cake and eat it mentality tin hat crap of libtards who want all the freedom, but then turn the biggest blindest eye to the crazy high cost and damage such freedom does systemically and other actors who abuse it.

I agree there is no perfect system. I would say the conditions the US following the second world war up to the late 1980s before NAFTA and other free trade agreements came fully into effect and there was not as much a focus on cutting corporate tax rates but still safeguards and bipartisan opposition to illegal immigration was a much better system.

The mid to late 1800s during the gold rush era up to the early 1900s before the Federal Reserve came into being seem like good systems too.
