Blackpill Let me explain to you what a Truecel is compared to an Incel.

Truecel - an incel who has multiple physical obnormalities, someone who is really ugly, lik 3/10 and below.
Incel - person who can't get a gf or ONS. He doesn't have to be really physically fucked up, he may be a 5 or even a 6/10. He may have one or two "ugly features" but his inceldom stems from current day female hypergamy.
If said hypergamy would not exist and things were as they were 30 years ago for example (and before), the latter would have massive chances of finding a significant other, the former chances would not rise up almost at all. He is a TRUEcel, becaue he is TRULY ugly and genetically fucked up which in turn shows in his horrible looks.

I will add that a Truecel will be an Incel, but an Incel doesn't have to be (but CAN be) a Truecel.

TBH I don't know how this isn't obvious. I have seen a thread recently here asking what's the difference and seen posts that claimed that Truecelism is not a thing, truecels don't exist etc. LMFAO. That's why I made this thread as I'm a Truecel myself.

Yah , I can see a guy hit his genetic ceiling being 6/10 at 22, but failed to get a gf/wife because of low status/poor etcc.
