I know a lot of you suffer with ADHD or poor focus and lack of motivation and I'd like to suggest some drugs that help, obviously amphetamines and methylphenidate are S tier but you can get similar results with 100% legal substances. Off the top of my head I can suggest ECA (ephedrine + caffeine + aspirin) + cyclazodone (cyclazodone is great on it's own but adding ECA makes it close to amphetamine), also there's a very risky option of PEA + harmine/harmaline, this combo is so powerful that it will get you more stimmed than meth, dead serious, be careful though because it can cause heart attacks if you take too much PEA with harmine and also you need a special diet without tyramine since harmine/harmaline is a MAOI or you could die, also there's RCs stimulants like 2-FMA or 4f-MPH, there's a lot of RCs stims but those are good starting point. All of these are are actual STIMULANTS (excluding aspirin and harmine/harmaline, those make the actual stims more effective, and in the case of PEA, is required to make it work), not only will they make you focus but they can even get you high. They are all structurally related to amphetamine, with RC stimulants being actually classified as amphetamines or phenidates (i.e substituted amphetamines/phenidates). All of these are 100% legal in USA.

So to recap that's:
ECA + cyclazodone (cyclazodone on it's own is good too)
PEA + harmine/harmaline
RC stimulants (lots of options)

I wouldn't recommenced combining any of these groups. You can use psychonaut wiki for dosages.

@soymonkcel thoughts?
This looks like it might be something you are familiar with.

Surprised you don’t mention adrafinil.

I need some of this. My concentration has been utter dogshit lately

Adrafinil and Modafinil are no where near amphetamine levels of effectiveness, they just feel like a strong coffee. They will keep you awake for sure but in terms of motivation and focus they are quite weak. There are actually a lot of modafinil analogs but I've only tried those two, but I assume the analogs are similar since they are all afinils. I think they can give you a decent boost if you are already working on your project for 8+ hours a day but if you are starting from nothing they won't help. Keep in mind what modafinil is prescribed for, narcolepsy, not ADHD. Modafinil does not help you focus, it just keeps you awake and feeling well rested. It only helps to reduce cognitive deficits caused by getting tired, for example if you work for 8+ hours by the tail end you will feel really tired and slow, modafinil can get you back to the wakefulness state you started with in the morning, if you are not productive and focused while you are the most awake without modafinil, you won't be with it. Modafinil is for established wagies, pure and simple.

Also Adrafinil is known to cause liver damage so I would avoid it personally, if you really want it you could try an analog like fl-modafinil, armodafinil, or hydrafinil, to name a few.

You seem quite knowledgeable about this stuff.

Surprised you don’t mention adrafinil.
Combining adrafinil with noopept was the strongest high I've ever felt, and totally overrode my ADHD.

But I'd most recommend Red Reishi mushroom, especially if you have autism and ADHD at the same time.

I wouldn't mix phenethylamine with β-carbolines or any MAOi. Sounds pretty dangerous indeed. Have you tried it yourself? I remember a guy from r/DrugNerds that scolded the OP of a thread about mixing PEA with a MAOi. I think that even a low dose of dietary PEA is potentially fatal and not worth it because it's short lived. I'm not sure...

About the other things, I haven't tried any of them. I don't do nootropics because in the long run, you become dependent on most them just to function properly. I don't even do caffeine. I think I'm not the most appropriate guy to recommend people what to take if they have ADHD.
I haven't tried it myself but I know a few people on Discord who have, as well as some reddit posts if you use Google. They all mention extreme stimulation, being wired to the max, awake beyong awake. I mentioned it in the post that this combo has risks, it's the high risk/high reward gambit, personally I would try the other options and use it as a last resort, but it can be an option. Again, as always, START LOW GO SLOW, start at 5mg + normal MAOI dose, and go up by 1-2mg every day. I've seen reddit posts use up to 75-100mg with a MAOI and be fine, but obviously don't go that far at the start. Volumetric dosing is required and is not optional. Start low and monitor your blood pressure and heart rate. If you don't have the patience for this then don't risk it, but if you do you could get great rewards. As for PEA being fatal without MAOIs, it could be possible if you take a large amount but there are MANY reports of people using PEA without other substances and being fine, I'm not sure where you got the notion that it's lethal, it's produced endogenously in your body too in small amounts, it produces a mild short lived stimulation, but with rapid tolerance buildup.

Idk what those compounds even look or taste like in the first place so I haven't tried it myself ngl

Agree about the dependency you can build up on nootropics. I don't think I've tried nootropics before but I had a feeling you build up dependency on them overtime like you do with caffeine.

You can for sure, you could even get psychologically addicted. I'll say this though, the withdrawal from these drugs are no where near as bad as long term benzo or opioid use. It depends on your risk tolerance. Also, a lot of silicon valley executives and businessmen use stimulants, I think the risk/reward ratio is pretty good for most people, you could spend all day reading or studying something and that's a great reward.
